① Request to create an account
When purchasing a product, please create an account by clicking "Create an Account" before making your purchase. The information required to create an account is your name, email address (PC email address is recommended), and password. Once you create an account, you will be able to view your order history.
*Please note that if you purchase a product without creating an account, you will not be able to check your order history, etc.

②Registered email address
When registering, please make sure to enter a PC address.
*If the email address you registered is a carrier address (docomo, au, softbank, etc.) or an iCloud address, emails may not be delivered depending on the settings of your device.
Please also note that emails may not be delivered for the following reasons.
- It gets stored in the spam folder
- The message was not received due to poor signal quality at the time of transmission.
- Inbox capacity is low
③About the delivery address
There have been a lot of mistakes in the delivery address. Please make sure to write it down accurately, and if you live in an apartment, please be sure to write down the apartment name and room number.
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been confirmed.
In addition, if redelivery is required, you may be charged a redelivery fee. Please note that we will take the following measures in each case.
- In the case of incorrect address caused by the customer, such as long absence or incorrect input of order information, the customer must pay the shipping fee
- In case of incorrect delivery address due to reasons on our part, such as incorrect shipping address, we will pay the shipping fee.
④Payment method and payment deadline
Payment can be made by credit card, PayDee (deferred payment), or smartphone payment (PayPay, Merpay).

① Regarding shipping when ordering multiple items
Please note that if you purchase multiple items under the same order number, they will only be shipped once all items are received.

Shipping costs are 900 yen nationwide.
If your order total is 15,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.

③Shipping costs [when re-sending]
As a general rule, we cannot resend products that have been returned to the warehouse from which they were sent due to incomplete customer information provided at the time of ordering.
